SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That section(s) of the Code of Public Local Laws
of Maryland be repealed, amended, or enacted to read as
follows:

Article 9 - Charles County

76.

[(a) A program of scholarships is hereby established,
for courses of study leading to the certificate, diploma, or
other evidence of qualification to practice on completion of
specialized training in the following categories* AS
SPECIFIED BY THE COUNTY COMMISSIONERS.
