General Assembly of Maryland heretofore passed authorizing
the County to borrow money are hereby continued to the
extent that the powers contained in such Acts have not
heretofore been exercised, and nothing herein contained
shall be construed to impair, in any way whatsoever, the
validity of any bonds which may have been issued by the
County under the authority of any of such Acts, and the
validity of such bonds is hereby ratified, confirmed and
approved. This Act, being necessary for the welfare of the
inhabitants of Charles County, shall be liberally construed
to effect the purposes hereof. All Acts and parts of Acts
inconsistent with the provisions of this Act are hereby
repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
SECTION 11 9. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this
Act shall take effect June 1, 1981.

AN ACT concerning
Prince George's County - Alcoholic Beverages -
Holders of Wholesale and Special 1 Day Licenses
FOR the purpose of providing that holders of wholesale
licenses in Prince George's County may deliver beer and
accept returns from a holder of special 1 day license
on the effective day of the license provided that the
holder of the special 1-day license pays for the
equipment, services, personnel, and supplies required
to dispense beer prior to the expiration of the license
parties agree upon the type of equipment, services,
personnel, and supplies required to dispense draft
beer.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
