(e) School board district IV consists of precincts 1
and 2 of election district 16, all of election district 2,
[and] precincts 1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 7, [and] 9, AND 10 of
election district 20 AND PRECINCT 4 OF ELECTION DISTRICT 19.
(f) School board district V consists of all of
election districts 3, 7, [14,] and 15, [precincts 4 and 5
8 of election district 20, PRECINCTS 1, 3, 4, 5, 6, AND 7 OF
ELECTION DISTRICT 14, and [precinct] PRECINCTS 4 AND 6 of
election district 13.
(g) School board district VI consists of precincts 1,
2, 3, and 5 of election district 13, all of election
district 18, and [precinct] PRECINCTS 4 AND 8 5 of
election district 20.
(h) School board district VII consists of precincts 1,
3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 10, 11, 12, 15, 16, [and] 17, AND 18 of
election district 6.
(i) School board district VIII consists of precincts
8, 9, 13, and 14 of election district 6 and all of election
district 12.
(j) School board district IX consists of all of
election districts 4, 5, 8, 9, and 11 and precincts 2, 7,
[13,] and 18 of election district 6.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1981.

AN ACT concerning
Charles County - Physicians Memorial Hospital Bonds
FOR the purpose of authorizing and empowering the County
Commissioners of Charles County, at one time or from
time to time, to borrow not exceeding $5,500,000 in
order to assist in financing hospital improvements, as
hereinafter defined, of Physicians Memorial Hospital in
Charles County, and to effect such borrowing by the
issuance and sale at public or private sale of its
general obligation bonds in like par amount; empowering
the County to fix and determine, by resolution, the
form, tenor, interest rate or rates, or method of
determining the same, terms, conditions, maturities and
all other details incident to the issuance and sale of
