dollars ($15.00) for each property; except that in Baltimore
City or any county which has a paid full-time solicitor,
counsel or attorney, this fee shall be collected and paid
into the general funds of the city or county.
(iv) The auctioneer's fee, which in no
case shall exceed ten dollars ($10.00) for any day when one,
two or three properties are sold; and for any day when four
or more properties are sold the fee shall be three dollars
($3.00) for each property sold. However, in Wicomico County
the auctioneer's fee shall be $10 for each property sold,
but in no event shall the auctioneer's fee be less than $50
per day or greater than $200 per day.
(v) In [Baltimore City,] Baltimore and
Cecil counties, where provision has been made for the
posting of the premises to be sold, a sum not in excess of
seven dollars and fifty cents ($7.50).
(vi) In Worcester County a fee to the
attorney representing the county treasurer, up to
thirty-five dollars ($35) for each property, to be approved
by the county treasurer and by the Board of County
Commissioners.
(VII) IN BALTIMORE CITY A FEE NOT TO
EXCEED $5 FOR THE MAILING OF STATEMENTS AND NOTICES.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1981.

AN ACT concerning
Zoning - Municipal Infractions
FOR the purpose of permitting the legislative body of any
municipality or a municipal corporation to classify a
violation of a certain zoning ordinance or regulation
certain zoning or land use ordinances and regulations
as a municipal infraction; permitting the legislative
body of a municipality in Prince George's County to
classify a violation of certain restrictions or
limitations as a municipal infraction; making stylistic
changes; and clarifying language.
