(5) To reduce or restore all or part of major
categories of the budget, as authorized in § 5-102 of this
subtitle, the categories defined in the budget required by
this section shall be used in Prince George's County.
(6) The approved budget that is sent to the
State Superintendent under § 5-102(d) of this subtitle shall
be adjusted to reallocate the reduction or restoration in
accordance with the practice for categorization of line
items that is approved by the State Board for uniform
financial reporting.
(7) The Prince George's County Board may include
in the budget, by a separate budget item, a summer program
which may extend into the following budget year. Any of
this amount approved in the annual budget does not lapse
until the beginning of the school term in the following
year.]
[(f)(D) In addition to all other information
required by this section, the Montgomery County Board of
Education, on request of the county executive and County
Council, shall provide with the annual budget the program
implications of recommendations for reductions to or
increases in its annual budget, at whatever different levels
of funding and accompanied by whatever reasonable supporting
detail and analysis, as may be specified by the county
executive and County Council. Prior to the submission of
the annual budget, similar information shall be submitted by
the superintendent of schools upon request by the county
executive or County Council.]
[(g) Notwithstanding the provisions of subsection (c)
of this section, in Harford County, the County Board, in the
preparation of the annual budget, shall include the
following categories:]
Part I
(1) Current expense fund, estimated receipts:
(i) Revenue from local sources;
(ii) Revenue from State sources;
(iii) Revenue from federal sources;
(iv) Unliquidated surplus, the actual from
the previous fiscal year and the estimated from the current
fiscal year, whether accrued from revenues or expenditures;
and
(v) Revenue from all other sources with
identification of the source.
