SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section(s) 37(a)(3) through (5),
respectively, of Article 64A - Merit System, of the
Annotated Code of Maryland be renumbered to be Section(s)
37(a)(4) through (6), respectively.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That section(s)
of the Annotated Code of Maryland be repealed, amended, or
enacted to read as follows:
