Ch. 480

(8) THE DISCLOSURE OF ANY INFORMATION BY

CERTIFICATE UNDER OATH EVIDENCING INSUFFICIENT FUNDS AND
DISHONOR OF CHECKED OFFERED IN A PROSECUTION FOR OBTAINING
PROPERTY OR SERVICES BY BAD CHECK.

(8) THE DISCLOSURE TO A STATE'S ATTORNEY OF ANY
INFORMATION IN ACCORDANCE WITH ARTICLE 27, SECTION 142(C)
(REGARDING THE PRESENTATION OF A CERTIFICATE UNDER OATH TO
PROVE INSUFFICIENT FUNDS AND DISHONOR OF CHECKS).

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1981.

CHAPTER 481

(House Bill 1789)

AN ACT concerning

Natural Resources — Corrective Bill

FOR the purpose of removing certain repetitive provisions as
to assistant attorneys general and counsel in the
Department of Natural Resources; correcting certain
errors published in the Natural Resources Article,
including certain errors relating to hydraulic clam
dredging and certain cross-references relating to
liability of certain landowners for certain
recreational uses of land; removing the minimum fine
and minimum imprisonment for certain crimes in the
Natural Resources Article; and making stylistic changes
in the sections of the Natural Resources Article where
those repetitive provisions, errors, and crimes appear;
providing that certain shellfish, caught within certain
portions of the Potomac River in compliance with
certain regulations prescribed by the Potomac River
Fisheries Commission, may be possessed, stored,
marketed, and otherwise disposed of elsewhere in the
State; and repealing certain expiring provisions.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,
