AN ACT concerning

Cecil County - Alcoholic Beverages - Sales to Minors

FOR the purpose of providing a penalty for any person in
Cecil County who obtains alcoholic beverages for
consumption by persons under the lawful drinking age.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That section(s) of the Annotated Code of Maryland
be repealed, amended, or enacted to read as follows:

Article 2B - Alcoholic Beverages

118.

(a) A licensee under the provisions of this article,
or any of his employees, may not sell or furnish any
alcoholic beverages at any time to a minor under 21, except
that the age is 18 for beer and light wine, either for his
own use or for the use of any other person, or to any person
who, at the time of the sale, or delivery, is visibly under
