SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That section(s) of the Annotated Code of Maryland
be repealed, amended, or enacted to read as follows:

Article 2B - Alcoholic Beverages

217.

A person may not be prohibited from selling or
delivering to wholesalers or retail dealers within the State
beer brewed outside the United States in 25 FLUID OUNCE,
13.209 gallon, 13.5 gallon, 740 MILLILITER, 50 liter, or 51
liter containers.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1981.
