SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That Section(s)
3(b)(2) and (3), respectively, of Article 95A Unemployment
Insurance Law, of the Annotated Code of Maryland be
renumbered to be Section(s) 3(b)(3) and (4), respectively.

SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That section(s)
of the Annotated Code of Maryland be repealed, amended, or
enacted to read as follows:

Article 95A - Unemployment Insurance Law

(B)(2) THE WEEKLY BENEFIT AMOUNT SHALL BE CALCULATED
AT 66 2/3 PERCENT OF THE CLAIMANT'S WEEKLY SALARY IN THE
HIGHEST QUARTER OF THE CLAIMANT'S BASE YEAR; UP TO A MAXIMUM
OF 67 PERCENT OF THE AVERAGE WEEKLY IN STATEWIDE COVERED
EMPLOYMENT.

SECTION 4 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1981 July 5, 1981.

AN ACT concerning

Harford County - Alcoholic Beverages - Open Containers

FOR the purpose of permitting Harford County to enact
legislation supplementing certain provisions of the
Annotated Code relating to disorderly intoxication; and
providing in Harford County the authority to regulate
possession or consumption of alcoholic beverages under
certain conditions.

BY repealing and reenacting, without amendments,
