(House Bill 1400)

AN ACT concerning

Worcester County - Alcoholic Beverages - Issuance of More
Than One License Per Person

FOR the purpose of providing that holders of certain Class B
alcoholic beverages licenses in Worcester County may
obtain six licenses for certain hotel or motel with
restaurant complexes; providing a distinction between
combination hotel or motel - restaurant complexes and
freestanding restaurants; providing that a person may
not have a pecuniary interest in a license other than
being a member of the business entity acquiring the
license; providing that the licenses not be transferred
until after a request for transfer is made unless
certain provisions are complied with; and clarifying
language.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,
