personal consultation while the services are being
performed; and

(ii) Only in a:

1.  Dental office;

2.  Dental clinic;

3.  Hospital;

4.  School;

5.  Charitable institution; or

6.  Health maintenance organization
certified by the State insurance commissioner.

(2)  The board may waive, ON A
FACILITY-BY-FACILITY BASIS ONLY, the supervision
requirements of this subsection for a dental facility owned
and operated by the federal, state, or local government if
the facility applies to the board and shows good cause for
the waiver.

(3)  THE BOARD SHALL MAINTAIN IN ITS MINUTES THE
CRITERIA OR BASIS FOR GRANTING A WAIVER TO A FACILITY.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1981.

(House Bill 1105)

AN ACT concerning

Teacher's Retirement - Continuation of Employment

FOR the purpose of providing that a teacher in an optional
retirement program may continue employment for a
certain period of time after a certain age if the
participant follows certain procedures; and relating
generally to the continuation of employment by a
teacher who has reached a certain age.
