(2) THE DEPARTMENT MAY SELL EXPIRED STAMPS BELOW
FACE VALUE TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC FOR A PERIOD OF 120 DAYS IN
QUANTITIES NOT IN EXCESS OF 3 SHEETS, AFTER WHICH TIME THE
DEPARTMENT MAY SELL THE ENTIRE LOT OF EXPIRED STAMPS OR
PREVIOUS ISSUES TO THE HIGHEST BIDDER IN LOTS OF 10 SHEETS.
ALL REVENUES DERIVED FROM THE SALE OF THESE STAMPS SHALL
REVERT BACK TO THE GAME MANAGEMENT FUND.
10-308.1.
(c) (1) A person may obtain a Maryland migratory wild
waterfowl stamp for a fee of $1.10 from the clerk of the
circuit court of any county, or the clerk of the Court of
Common Pleas of Baltimore City, or from any person
designated by the Department. The issuing clerk or person
designated shall retain the sum of 10 cents as compensation
for issuing each stamp. The balance of the fee is paid over
and accounted for in the same manner as hunter's licenses.
THE DEPARTMENT MAY SELL EXPIRED STAMPS AT FACE VALUE OR
BELOW TO ANY NONPROFIT CONSERVATION GROUP IN THIS STATE.
(2) THE DEPARTMENT MAY SELL EXPIRED STAMPS BELOW
FACE VALUE TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC FOR A PERIOD OF 120 DAYS IN
QUANTITIES NOT IN EXCESS OF 3 SHEETS, AFTER WHICH TIME THE
DEPARTMENT MAY SELL THE ENTIRE LOT OF EXPIRED STAMPS OR

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1981.

AN ACT concerning
Estates of Decedents -
Claim Against Estate Where Insurance Exists
FOR the purpose of permitting an action to be instituted
against a decedent's estate after the expiration of the
time fixed by statute for filing claims against the
estate if the decedent was covered by a liability
insurance policy which at the time the action is
instituted provides insurance coverage for the
occurrence; and limiting judgment to the amount of
insurance actually collectible under the liability
insurance policy.
