the owner of the establishment;

(3) In any parked vehicle located on any of the
places enumerated in this section, unless authorized.

Any person who violates the provisions of this
subheading is guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction is
subject to a fine not exceeding $100.

216.

This subheading applies only in the following counties:

(1)  Charles County, [and]

(2)  Calvert County, AND

(3)  CECIL COUNTY . , AND

(4)  GARRETT COUNTY.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1981.

AN ACT concerning

Social Services Administration - Bureau of Child Support

FOR the purpose of providing that the Bureau of Child
Support shall approve child support services for
persons under certain circumstances; and providing that
persons approved for child support services shall be

Attorney General or certain designated legal officers.
