SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED,
shall take effect July 1, 1981.

AN ACT concerning

Admissions and Amusement Tax - Charter Fishing Boats

FOR the purpose of including as an exemption from the
Admissions and Amusement Tax, gross receipts derived
from amounts charged for admission to or use of charter
fishing boats.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,
