Ch. 360

(4)  Industries where continuous processing or
manufacturing is required by the very nature of the process
involved;

(5)  Any recreational activities, sports, and
amusements;

(6)  Any bathing beach, bathhouse, amusement
park, dancing salon, the sale or selling of any novelties,
souvenirs, accessories, or other merchandise essential to,
or customarily sold at, or incidental to, the operation of
the aforesaid occupations and businesses, at retail, picnic
groves, amusements, games, amusement rides, amusement
devices, entertainments, shows;

(7)  The hiring or renting of boats, tables,
chairs, beach umbrellas;

(8)  Farmers;

(9)  Nurserymen; and

(10)  The following type of retail
establishments:

(i) Drugstores whose principal business is
the sale of drugs and related items;

(II) SUPERMARKETS AND FOOD STORES;

[(ii)] (III) Delicatessens whose principal
business is the sale of delicatessen and related food items;

[(iii)] (IV) Bakeries and bakeshops;

[(iv)] (V) Gasoline stations whose
principal business is the sale of gasoline, oil, and other
automobile maintenance items;

[(v)] (VI) Restaurants, grills, and snack
bars; and

[(vi)] (VII) Dealers in boats and boating
equipment, and dealers in fishing equipment and supplies.

(b)  The provisions of Section 534N do not apply on the
4 consecutive Sundays that immediately precede December 25.

(c)  This section may not be construed to permit any
new or used car dealer to sell, dispose, barter, deal in,
deliver, give away, show, or offer for sale any motor
vehicle or any certificate of title for any motor vehicle on
Sunday.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1981.
