(4)  Identification of alternatives, AS SET FORTH
IN § 8-102 OF THIS ARTICLE, for the scope and the location
of the project;

(5)  Estimates of right-of-way requirements,
including available detail with respect to specific
properties affected, and of cost;

(6)  Public meetings for discussion of the
foregoing; and

(7)  Reports of consultants, if any have been
retained for the analysis of preliminary alternatives.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1981.

Anne Arundel County - Alcoholic Beverages
(Entertainment)

FOR the purpose of providing for certain entertainment in
alcoholic beverage establishments in Anne Arundel
County; removing a certain exception for a holder of a
beach and amusement park license; providing for certain
alcoholic beverage licenses; clarifying language; and
altering fees for certain licenses in Anne Arundel

County; and permitting charges for certain

entertainment in alcoholic beverage establishments in
Anne Arundel County.
