State Comptroller - Fuel Invoices

FOR the purpose of requiring the State Comptroller to issue
regulations governing invoices for aviation gasoline.

Section 151(b)(3)

(1979 Replacement Volume and 1980 Supplement)

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That section(s) of the Annotated Code of Maryland
be repealed, amended, or enacted to read as follows:

(a)(3)(I) THE ADMINISTRATION SHALL ADOPT REGULATIONS
ESTABLISHING UNIFORM REQUIREMENTS FOR INVOICES USED BY
AVIATION FUEL DEALERS IN DISPENSING AVIATION FUEL.

(II) THE REGULATIONS SHALL INCLUDE A

PROVISION THAT THE INVOICE SEPARATELY STATE THE TAX PAID ON
THE AVIATION FUEL.

(b) (3) THE COMPTROLLER SHALL ADOPT REGULATIONS
ESTABLISHING UNIFORM REQUIREMENTS FOR INVOICES USED BY
RETAIL AVIATION GASOLINE DEALERS IN DISPENSING AVIATION
GASOLINE.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1981.
