anticipated future availability of non-State funding
sources.

SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That the
provisions of this Act creating the Maryland Office of Small
Business Assistance, and any regulations promulgated
pursuant to those provisions, shall be void and of no effect
after July 1, 1984.

SECTION -2- 4. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this
Act shall take effect July 1, 1981 1982 contingent upon the
appropriation of funding in the fiscal year 1983 State
budget sufficient to fully implement the provisions of this
Act, and if the budget does not contain sufficient funding,
this Act shall be null and void without necessity of further
action by the General Assembly.

FOR the purpose of allowing any candidate or bonafide
political committee to conduct certain raffles;
providing certain limitations and requirements; and
clarifying that the candidate or political committee is
not relieved from certain reporting requirements.
