SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That section(s) of the Annotated Code of Maryland
be repealed, amended, or enacted to read as follows:

Article 41 - Governor - Executive and
Administrative Departments

257D.

(a) The following agencies, boards, commissions,
councils, corporations, authorities, trusts, and divisions
shall be included within the Department of Economic and
Community Development:

(1)  The Maryland membership unit of the
Appalachian Regional Commission

(2)  Development Credit Corporation

(3)  Division of Economic Development

(4)  Maryland Advisory Commission on Atomic
Energy

(5)  Maryland Arts Council

(6)  Maryland Historical Trust

(7)  Maryland Industrial Development and
Financing Authority

(8)  Ocean City Convention Hall Commission
