TO OR DISBURSED FROM AN ACCOUNT UNDER THIS SECTION; AND

(2)  SET FORTH PROCEDURES FOR CARRYING OUT THE
PROVISIONS OF THIS SECTION, INCLUDING PROCEDURES THAT
PROVIDE DUE PROCESS OF LAW TO ANY INMATE BEFORE HIS ACCOUNTS
MAY BE CHARGED WITH A DISBURSEMENT UNDER SUBSECTION (B) OF
THIS SECTION.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1981.

CHAPTER 287

(Senate Bill 465)

AN ACT concerning

Retail Service Stations Motor Fuel Inspection
Law - Moratorium on Conversion of Service Stations

FOR the purpose of continuing a certain extending the
moratorium on the conversion of existing retail service
stations to gasoline-only facilities, and including
certain stations in the moratorium; providing that a
certain restriction does not apply upon a certain
agreement; requiring certain contractual relationships

to conform to the Maryland Gasohol and Gasoline

Products Marketing Act; removing a certain

consideration; adding grounds for certain penalties;

and correcting language. repealing certain

considerations relating to certain service stations;
authorizing the Comptroller to suspend or revoke
certifications of registration for violations of this
Act for periods lasting until the violations are
corrected; and relating generally to the moratorium on
the conversion of existing service stations to
gasoline-only facilities.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
