limiting the scope of practice of a licensed practical
nurse; providing for a temporary license for a
registered nurse or a licensed practical nurse;
requiring the court to report to the Board felony
convictions of certain individuals; and requiring nurse
administrators, registered nurses, and licensed
practical nurses to report certain occurrences to the
State Board and providing for civil immunity for those
who make such reports.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF

respectively, of Article - Health Occupations, of the

Annotated Code of Maryland (as enacted by Chapter ____ (H.B.

1) of the Acts of the General Assembly of 1981) be
renumbered to be Section(s) 7-313, 7-314, 7-315, and 7-316,
respectively.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That section(s)
