(3) Report the type of mineral produced, the
volume produced, and the value of production of each for the
previous year. Individual company data is confidential and
may be released only with the operator's written consent;
(4) State the acreage disturbed by surface
mining during the previous year;
(5) State and describe the amount and type of
reclamation carried out during the previous year;
(6) Estimate the acreage to be newly disturbed
by mining in the next year; and
(7) Provide any additional information or maps
which the Department reasonably requires.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1981.

AN ACT concerning
Unemployment Insurance Law
FOR the purpose of modifying certain contribution rates;
eliminating a certain penalty adjustment to
contribution rates; altering deadlines for removing
certain charges from experience-rating records and for
making certain adjustments to contribution rates;
requiring that certain reports be filed by employers
and establishing a penalty for failure to file such
reports; increasing the period for certain appeals by
employing units; amending certain provisions pertaining
to liens, recording of assessments and injunctions
against doing business; increasing the interest on
past-due contributions; amending a certain provision
pertaining to actively seeking work; making variable a
certain disqualification for benefits; limiting the
period for making certain determinations concerning
recoupment of benefits; authorizing under certain
circumstances certain recoupments to be deemed
uncollectible; correcting language and technical
errors; generally relating to the administration of the
Unemployment Insurance Law and the responsibilities,
benefits, administrative penalties, and remedies under
that law; and making provisions of this Act severable.
