to leases or management and similar contracts executed after
July 1, 1974.

(F) SECTIONS 11-127, 11-136, 11-137, AND 11-138 11-139
(F) SECTIONS 11-126, 11-127, 11-131, 11-136, 11-137, 11-138,
11-139, AND 11-140 ARE APPLICABLE ONLY TO THOSE CONDOMINIUMS
FOR WHICH A NOTICE OF INTENTION TO CREATE A CONDOMINIUM IS
ISSUED ON OR AFTER JULY 1, 1981.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1981.

SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Title
shall be regarded as supplemental and additional to the
powers and authority conferred by other public local laws
upon the County government for Montgomery County, Maryland,
and therefore may not be regarded as in derogation of any
powers upon or now existing in the Montgomery County
Government as set forth in Chapter 648, Laws of Maryland,
1980, or as set forth in any local laws enacted pursuant
thereto.

(House Bill 754)

AN ACT concerning

Real Property Tax Credits - Elderly and
Disabled Renters

FOR the purpose of altering the percentage of rent paid by a
renter that is assumed to be real property tax; and
changing the application filing deadline; and making
this Act contingent upon a certain appropriation in the
Budget Bill.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,

Article 81 - Revenue and Taxes
