(3) The examination report shall include:

(i) The examination average of each
applicant in each subject;

(ii) The general average of each
applicant;

(iii) The result of each examination;

(iv) Each examination paper, question, and
answer; and

(v) Any written reports that result from
any supplemental oral and clinical examination.

(f)  Except as otherwise provided in this title, an
applicant qualifies for a license only if the applicant
attains a general average on the examination of at least 75
percent.

(g)  The Board shall keep each examination paper and
report for reference and inspection, for at least 5 years
from the examination date.

(h) (1) An applicant who fails an examination is
entitled to retake the examination once without
reapplication or paying another fee, at least 6 months but
less than 2 years from the date of failure.

(2) An applicant who fails the examination twice
may retake the examination if the applicant reapplies and
meets the requirements of §§ 11-302 and 11-303 of this
subtitle.

(i) Unless authorized by the Board, the consumer
member of the Board may not participate in any activity
related to examinations under this subtitle.]

[11-305.

(a)  Subject to the provisions of this section, the
Board shall waive the examination requirements of this title
for an individual who is licensed to practice osteopathy in
any other state.

(b)  The Board may grant a waiver under this section
only if the applicant:

(1)  Is of good moral character;

(2)  Pays an application fee required by § 11-303
of this subtitle; and

(3)  Provides adequate evidence that the
applicant:
