Ch. 238

(ii) The name and location of the
institution that granted a degree of doctor of osteopathy to
the applicant;

(iii) The date the diploma was issued to
the applicant;

(iv) Whether the license is granted or
denied; and

(v) The license number, if a license is
granted;

(3)  Keep a record of its proceedings that relate
to examinations;

(4)  Adopt and use an official seal;

(5)  Investigate any alleged violation of this
title and, if the results of the investigation indicate that
the allegation has merit, report it to the State's attorney
of the county where any alleged violation occurred;

(6)  Enforce the provisions of this title; and

(7)  Incur any necessary expense in accordance
with the State budget for the investigation and prosecution
of any alleged violation of this title.]

[ll-206.

The Board shall pay all funds collected under this
title into the General Fund of this State.]

[Subtitle 2. Licensing]

[11-301.

Except as otherwise provided in this title, an
individual shall be licensed by the Board before the
individual may practice osteopathy in this State.]

[11-302.

(a)  Except as otherwise provided in this title, to
qualify for a license, an applicant shall be an individual
who meets the requirements of this section.

(b)  The applicant shall be of good moral character.

(c)  The applicant shall be at least 18 years old.

(d)  The applicant shall have a degree of doctor of
osteopathy from a college or university accredited by the
American Osteopathic Association, which degree requires at
least 3 years of preprofessional study and 4 years of
graduate professional study.
