(i) Set by the Board as to the amount and
type of study required; and

(ii) Standard for all [certified] LICENSED
psychologists.

(e) The Board shall renew the [certification] LICENSE
of each [certified psychologist] LICENSEE who meets the
requirements of this section.

16-310.

(a) (1) The Board shall place a [certified
psychologist] LICENSEE on inactive status, if the
[psychologist] LICENSEE submits to the Board:

(i) An application for inactive status on
the form required by the Board; and

(b)  The Board shall reinstate the [certification]
LICENSE of [an individual] A PSYCHOLOGIST who has not been
put on inactive status and who has failed to renew the
[certification] LICENSE for any reason if the [individual]
PSYCHOLOGIST:

(1)  Meets the renewal requirements of § 16-309
of this subtitle; and

(2)  Pays to the Board a reinstatement fee equal
to the sum of:

(i) The regular renewal fee set by the
Board; and

(ii) A late fee equal to 10 percent of the
regular renewal fee for each month or fraction of a month
that the [certification] LICENSE is expired, but not more
than 100 percent of the regular renewal fee.

16-312.

Subject to the hearing provisions of § 16-313 of this
subtitle, the Board, on the affirmative vote of a majority
of its members then serving, may deny A LICENSE TO any
applicant [certification], reprimand any [certified
psychologist] LICENSEE, or suspend or revoke [the
certification] A LICENSE of any [certified psychologist]
LICENSEE if the applicant or [certified psychologist]
LICENSEE:

(1)  Fraudulently or deceptively obtains or
attempts to obtain a [certificate] LICENSE for the applicant
or [certified psychologist] LICENSEE or for another;

(2)  Fraudulently or deceptively uses a
[certificate] LICENSE;
