SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That section(s) of the Annotated Code of Maryland
be repealed, amended, or enacted to read as follows:

Article 2B - Alcoholic Beverages

158.

(i) (1) In Montgomery County, the services of the
department of inspection and licenses, the office of the
county attorney and other county departments shall be made
available to the board. The director of the department of
[inspection and licenses] HEALTH OR HIS DESIGNEE shall act
ex officio as secretary to the board and [shall] MAY NOT
receive [no] extra compensation for [such] THE services.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1981.

AN ACT concerning

Prince George's County - Alcoholic Beverages -

Board of License Commissioners

PG 303-81A

FOR the purpose of altering the salary of the chairman,
members, and attorney of the Board of License
Commissioners in Prince George's County; and providing
that the administrator of the Board may receive a
certain salary as determined by the Board and shall
receive certain cost of living increases; and providing
that this Act does not affect incumbent members of the
Prince George's County Board of License Commissioners
during their current term of office.
