(g) (1) Each of the judges of the court for Caroline
County shall receive $25 for every day's regular attendance
upon the sessions of the court, not to exceed $1,400 in one
year.

(2) EACH JUDGE SHALL ALSO BE ALLOWED $750
ANNUALLY FOR EXPENSES.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
may not be construed to extend or apply to the salary of the
judges in office on the effective date of this Act, but the
provisions of this Act concerning the salary of the judges
shall take effect at the beginning of the next following
term of office.

SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1981.

AN ACT concerning

Howard County - Park Land Development

FOR the purpose of authorizing the County Executive of
Howard County to purchase and develop land within the
limits of Howard County for the development of parks on
land already purchased through the Park Land Watershed
Facilities Fund Program public park use and possible
future expansion of county water facilities; and
providing for the payment of development costs.
