SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That section(s) of the Annotated Code of Maryland
be repealed, amended, or enacted to read as follows:

Article 2B - Alcoholic Beverages

89.

(P) IN CARROLL COUNTY, NOTHING IN THIS ARTICLE SHALL
BE CONSTRUED TO RESTRICT THE SALE OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES BY
A HOLDER OF A CLASS B, CLASS C, CLASS H, OR SPECIAL LICENSE;
OR TO RESTRICT ANY PERSON FROM CONSUMING ANY ALCOHOLIC
BEVERAGES ON THE PREMISES OF A HOLDER OF A CLASS B, CLASS C,
CLASS H, OR SPECIAL LICENSE BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 12 MIDNIGHT
AND 3 A.M. ON JANUARY 1 OF ANY YEAR.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1981.

AN ACT concerning

Frederick County - Parks and Recreation Commission

FOR the purpose of providing that in Frederick County the
member of the County governing body who serves on the
Parks and Recreation Commission shall serve for a
certain term; and providing in Frederick County that a
member of the County Board of Education shall be a
member of the Parks and Recreation Commission.
