residential) that the health of the owner, occupants,
employees or neighbors may be endangered; or the maintenance
of any condition which may endanger health through the
spreading of the condition by streams, surface drainage, air
currents, winged life, domestic animals, persons or any
other means. The examples given in this subsection are not
intended to be exclusive or to delimit the type of condition
prescribed by this section.

(c) It shall be the duty of all law-enforcement
officers who have jurisdiction in Cecil County OR ALLEGANY
COUNTY to enforce this section and it shall further be the
duty of the State's Attorney for Cecil County OR ALLEGANY
COUNTY, AS APPROPRIATE, to prosecute violators under this
section.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1981.

AN ACT concerning

Frederick County - Livestock Destroyed or Injured by Dogs

FOR the purpose of authorizing the Board of County
Commissioners of Frederick County to prescribe the
manner for providing relief to the owner of livestock
that has been destroyed or injured by dogs; and
generally relating to the manner for providing relief
to the owners of livestock that has been destroyed or
injured by dogs in Frederick County.
