or holder of a limited license, place any licensee or holder
of a limited license on probation, or suspend or revoke a
license or a limited license if the applicant, licensee, or
holder:

(16) Grossly[,] AND willfully[, and continually]
overcharges for podiatric services;

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1981.

FOR the purpose of changing the number of votes needed for
the State Board of Podiatry Examiners to issue a
license to practice podiatry.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,

Section 15-306(a)
Annotated Code of Maryland

(As enacted by Chapter ____ (H.B. 1) of the Acts

of the General Assembly of 1981)

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That section(s) of the Annotated Code of Maryland

(as enacted by Chapter ____ (H.B. 1) of the Acts of the

General Assembly of 1981) be repealed, amended, or enacted
to read as follows:

Article - Health Occupations

15-306.

(a) The Board shall issue a license to any applicant
who, by the affirmative vote of [at least three members] A
MAJORITY OF THE FULL AUTHORIZED MEMBERSHIP of the Board,
meets the requirements of this title.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1981.
