Notwithstanding § 13-916(b) of this subtitle, for any
Class E (truck) vehicle, the annual registration fee is $25
if:

(1)  The manufacturer's rated capacity is 3/4 ton
or less; and

(2)  The maximum gross vehicle weight is [6,000]
9,000 7,000 pounds or less.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1981.

AN ACT concerning

Recall of Former Judges

FOR the purpose of providing that a former judge may not be
recalled for temporary assignment if the judge has
reached a certain age; and repealing the provision
prohibiting a former judge from being recalled for
temporary assignment if the judge has been in former
judge status for more than a certain consecutive number
of years.
