Interstate Commission of the Potomac River Basin;

(15)  The Maryland Membership Unit of the
Susquehanna River Basin Commission;

(16)  The Maryland Membership Unit of the
Atlantic States Marine Fisheries Commission;

(17)  The Maryland Membership Unit of the Potomac
River Fisheries Commission;

(18)  Maryland Membership Unit of the Interstate
Oil and Gas Compact Commission; AND

(19) Maryland Membership Unit of the Interstate
Mining Commission[; and

(20) The Tidewater Administration, which shall
include the coastal zone management program].

duty, responsibility, or function which any of the following
units, or their successors, may exercise or perform: [Bureau
