AN ACT concerning

Agriculture - Regulation of Biological Products

FOR the purpose of prohibiting a person from possessing,
selling, donating, or distributing a biological product
as defined; creating certain exceptions; deleting
certain report and recordkeeping requirements relating
to the sale, use or donation of biological products;
removing the requirement that milk or milk products may
not be sold or distributed from an animal treated with
a biological product within a certain period; generally
relating to the regulation of biological products used
in the treatment of poultry and livestock diseases; and
renumbering.
