SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That section(s) of the Annotated Code of Maryland
be repealed, amended, or enacted to read as follows:

Article - Transportation

6-205.

Under the authority granted by Section 6-204(i) of this
article, the Maryland Port Administration shall operate and
maintain the port facility presently under its jurisdiction
at Cambridge, Maryland. The operation and maintenance may
include the leasing of the facility [but the facility may
not be substantially leased to any one entity]. The
Maryland Port Administration may expend the necessary funds
for the development of the port facility at Cambridge.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1981.

AN ACT concerning

Physical Therapy Aides

FOR the purpose of requiring the State Board of Physical
Therapy Examiners to adopt certain rules and
regulations concerning physical therapy aides; changing
the requirements for a physical therapy aide to perform
acts within the practice of physical therapy or limited
physical therapy; making stylistic changes; and
generally relating to physical therapy aides.
