HARRY HUGHES, Governor 107 Subsection (b) of this section is rephrased in The exception in present Art. 43, § 502 for As to the relative authority of the State Board 3-302. QUALIFICATIONS OF APPLICANTS. (A) IN GENERAL. TO QUALIFY FOR A LICENSE, AN APPLICANT SHALL BE AN (B) MORAL CHARACTER. THE APPLICANT SHALL BE OF GOOD MORAL CHARACTER. (C) EDUCATION. EXCEPT AS OTHERWISE PROVIDED IN THIS TITLE, THE (1) HAVE COMPLETED SATISFACTORILY: (I) 2 ACADEMIC YEARS AT A COLLEGE OR (II) AT LEAST TWO OF THE FOLLOWING COLLEGE COURSES: 1. BIOLOGY; 2. CHEMISTRY; OR 3. PHYSICS; AND (2) BE A GRADUATE OF A SCHOOL OF CHIROPRACTIC TITLE. (D) EXCEPTION TO EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS.
