36.03.01.02    Computer Center
General Fund Appropriation,

provided however that no

funds shall be expended for
development or purchase of

administrative computer

hardware or software unless
and until the Department of
Budget and Fiscal Planning
certifies to the Fiscal

Committees that the

administrative computer

system under development is

compatible with the

Financial Accounting System
and the chart of accounts at
the University of Maryland
and meets the reporting

requirements of the

Department of Budget and

Fiscal Planning, the

Comptroller, and the State
Board for Higher Education.

Furthermore, the

appropriation may not be

transferred by budget

amendment or otherwise for

any purpose other than that

intended in the

appropriation. All funds

remaining at the close of
June 30, 1982 shall be
reverted to the General Fund
