SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That section(s) of the Annotated Code of Maryland
be repealed, amended, or enacted to read as follows:
Article 1 - Rules of Interpretation
25.
(h) A section of the Financial Institutions Article
may be cited [as: -] AS: "§ of the Financial Institutions
Article."
Article 2B - Alcoholic Beverages

(b)(1) A wholesaler's license in accordance with the
fee paid shall entitle the holder to acquire the alcoholic
beverages indicated thereon, from licensees and holders of
nonresident dealer's permits authorized by this State to
make such sales and deliveries. Such a license shall
authorize the sale and delivery of such alcoholic beverages
from the licensed premises to licensees and permit holders
in Maryland and persons outside of this State. A wholesale
license of Class 5 and Class 6 when issued shall designate
the counties and/or Baltimore City in which the licensee is
privileged to sell and such licensee shall sell beer only to
retail licensees located in such designated counties and/or
Baltimore City.
(2) In Allegany County the holder of a Class 1
or Class 2 wholesaler's license may not sell liquor in any
size container smaller than 23 ounces or 680 milliliters to
any holder [or] OF a special permit issued under § 25(1) of
this article.
