	to answer unto Gerardus Wessells of a plea y^t She rend^r. unto him

	y^e Justices of Kent Countÿ att y^e next yⁿ fallowing to be held
	fo^r S^d Countÿ to answer unto Jn^o Hart merchant of a plea

      that he rend^r unto y^e Sum^e of three pounds nine Shlls & two pence halfe
      penne Ster^g w^ch to him he Oweth &c^a and y^e Declaⁿ being Sent w^th y^e writt
      in ord^r for trÿall att this Court according to act of assemblÿ The Sher^f —
      makes retⁿ hereof Endorsed Cepi Corpus p^r me John Hawkins Sher^f
      Whereupon y^e S^d Def^t app^r this Daÿ being y^e 27^th Daÿ of March an^o
      1705, and Saÿeth y^t he Can not Gainsaÿ y^e plaint^f in his accõn afs^d
      Soe as afs^d ag^t him brought nor but y^t he is Justlÿ in debt to y^e S^d
      plt^f in y^e Sum^s afs^d and he^istherefore willing y^t Judg^t be Int^d. &c^a

      therefore Considered here bÿ y^e Justices this twentÿ Seaventh Day
      of March anno Dñi 1705 That y^e Said John Hart revocer
      against y^e Said Charles Hollinsworth as well y^e Sum^e of three poun^d
      nine Shilling and two pence halfe penny The Debt Specifyed as
      of Tobacco Cost of Suit and the Def^t in mercÿ &c^a
