    full and Just Sum^e of one thousand four hundred Sixtÿ & Sixtÿ pounds of good
    Sound merchantable leafe tob^o Clear of Trass and Ground Leaves w^ch &c
          Att w^ch Said next Court to witt the 23^th Daÿ of Ja^rÿ 1704 y^e Sher^f of K^t.
   Countÿ made retⁿ of y^e S^d writt Endorsed Cepi Corps p^r me Jn^o Hawkins Sher^f
         Butt att this Co^rt noe accõns being Called bÿ reason of ^anadjournm^t. and
    Soe it remained untill next att which Said next Court to witt this 27^th Daÿ
    of march an^o Dñi 1705 Comes y^e Defend^t afs^d |in open Court | in his p^rp^r p^rson
    and Saÿeth y^t he |y^e Said Def^t) Can not Gainsaÿ The plaint^s accon Soe as

   Saith y^t he is Justlÿ indebted unto y^e plaintife afs^d in y^e Sum^e afs^d and

      Which being bÿ the Court heard and fullÿ understood It is there=
      fore Considered here bÿ y^e Justices this 27^th Daÿ of march an^o Dñi
      1705 That y^e Said plaint^f recov^r ag^t the Said Def^t as well y^e
