        p^rsonall appearance att next Countÿ Court to be holden fo^r this Countÿ
           Whereupon Comes into Court. y^e S^d William and acknowledges himselfe
        to be holden and firmlÿ bound to her Sacred majestÿe Queen Anne of
        England &c^a in y^e Sum^e of tenn pounds Ster^g, likewise Comes into Court
        Benjⁿ Bond and acknowledges him Selfe to be Justlÿ Indebted as —
        aboves^d in y^e Sum^e of five pounds Ster^g y^e S^d Severall Sum^es to be
        Leavÿed respectivelÿ off their and Everÿ of their goods and Chattells
        lands and Tenãm^ts. fo^r y^e use of her S^d majestÿe her heires and
        Successo^rs: If in Case y^e above bounden William Whitehead
        to not make his p^rsonall appearance att next Countÿ Court to be
        holden fo^r y^e Countÿ of Kent, and there to abide y^e Judgm^t of
        y^e Justices yⁿ there, and in y^e maine be of good behavio^r and

        and bridle Head Stall & halfe a bushell of Salt amounting in y^e whole
        to y^e Sum^e of five Shillings Ster^g &c^a Contrarÿ to her majestÿs
    To w^ch bill y^e S^d Robert appears & Submitts to this Court         —————
