        Richard Tillingham    | This being a Casa for the Sume of three hundred ninety

at    | five pounds of tobacco debt and three hundred and five

Thomas Tolley    | pounds of Tobacco Cost of Suit upon a Judgt. obtained
                the 25th. day of November 1701 was retd. by the Sherf endorsed
                Cepi Corpus — Elias King sherf. =

           Memorandm= That on the Twenty Seventh day of Janry Anno Domi
           1701 his Majtys Writt of Scire facias Issued in these words vizt. ——
        William the third &ca. To the Sherf of Kent County greeting Wee Comand
        you that by good and Lawfull men of your bayliwicke you make
        known unto Wm. Sigley if to be found in your bayliwick So yt. he
        be and Appeare before our Justices at our next Court to be held for
        our Said County the fourth tuesday in March next to Shew Cause if
        Any he have why Execution Should not Issue against him for the
        Sume of four hundred pounds of tobacco debt and two hundred and
                Seven
        thirty^ pounds of tobacco cost of Suit According to A Judgt. recovered
        before our Justices at a Court held for our Said County the
        day of            Anno Domi         of which he is convict thereof faile
        not at your prill and have you then and there this writt Wittness ==
                Smith
        Thomas ^ Gentn Cheif Justice &ca —— Whereof the Sherf made retn Endorsed
        Made known &ca —— And the Said Wm Sigley Appearing, for Cause
        why &ca. Sayth that he hath paid and Satisfyed unto the Said Renatus
        Smith in part of the debt afd the Sume of one hundred and
        Eighty Two pounds of tobo. and prays that the Same May be discounted
        in the Judgt. afd Specifyed.    Which being by the Court Enqred off and
        found to be true it is by them Considered that the Said Judgt. &
        Every Clause therein be Confirmed as to the Sume of two hundred
        and Eighteen pounds of tobacco ye. ballance remaining after such discount
        As aforesaid And ye. Costs of Suit afd And that the Said Rennatus of
        the Sume oif two hundred and Eighteen pounds of tobo. ye. ballance
        as afd and of the Sume of two hundred thirty Seven pounds of tobo.
        Costs of Suit as afd And of No more May have Execution Ag. ye.
