        Goe thereof w^thout Daÿ It is likewise Considered herebÿ y^e S^d Court
        The Daÿ and year afs^d y^t y^e S^d Edward Jessopp Def^t recover a^t
        The S^d Jn^o ffrench plt^f as well y^e Sum^e of fiftÿ pounds of tob^o
        fo^r a non Suit as y^e Sum^e of one hundred thirtÿ and Six pounds of
        tobacco Cost of Suit —
