     of S^d Writt as falloweth, These are to Certifie &c^a y^t I have attached of y^e good &c^a
     of y^e w^thin Specifÿed Nichollas Cloudes one horse & two Steers vallue Seaventeen hundred
     thirtÿ & one pods of tob^o to Satisfie to y^e w^thin meñion’d Nich^s Mercÿ y^e D^t. & Cost w^thin Specifyed
    and have made knowne to y^e p^rtÿ in whose hands I Laÿd y^e S^d attm^t. y^t he be & app^r before y^e Justices
    w^thin mentioned & att y^e time & place w^thin &c^a to Shew Cause (&c^a) whÿ y^e Same ought not to
                                                   Satsifaction of y^e
    be Condemned in his hands for y^e ^ D^t. & Cost &c^a before W^m. Hollingsworth & Thomas

        Indebted unto y^e S^d pltfs in y^e Sum^e afs^d 627^ls of tob^o & is therefore willing y^t
