      y^e S^d pltf ag^t y^e S^d Def^t y^e 28^th Daÿ of 7ber w^ch was in y^e year of our Lord
      1698 in this Court, The Sher^f makes ret^r hereof Endorsed as falloweth
      viz^t made knowne before Will^m: Hollinsworth and Thomas Honÿ [?] good
      and Lawfull men &c^a as this writt &c^a p^r me John Hawkins Sher^f

      additionall Cost accrewing on y^e 24^th Daÿ of Aug^t last, The Sher^f now here this
      tweⁿtÿ Seaventh Daÿ of June makes ret^r hereof as falloweth
           These are to Certifie &c^a y^t I have attached of y^e goods &c^a of y^e w^thin –
      mentioned Edward ffreÿ Deceased y^e Debt & Cost &c^a in y^e hands of George Lumleÿ
      to Satisfie to y^e &c^a & have made knowne to y^e p^ttÿ &c^a —y^t he be &c^a
      to Shew Cause &c^a whÿ y^e Same &c^a before Wallter Bowncell and David
