      Considered this 29^th Daÿ of June 1704 That y^e Sher^f of Kent Countÿ Doe
      |Imediatelÿ ) take y^e Said Gilbert Teate to y^e Pillorÿ & Sett him therein for y^e Space of
      half an hour, and Likewise y^t y^e S^d Sher^f after Such putting in y^e pillorÿ afs^d —
      take y^e S^d Gillbert Teate to y^e whiping Post and there^toreceive tenn lashes
      on his bare back well Laÿd on, and y^e S^d Sher^f y^e Same Daÿ & year returⁿh
      and Saÿeth y^t he hath Executed y^e Jud^mt afs^d and thereupon y^e S^d Gillbert
      is Comitted into y^e Sher^f’s Custodÿ for ffees Whereupon M^r: Elias King
