June Court 1704 George Lumleÿ Gentn be Sworne & Sent to ye Grand Jurÿ there to give his Evidce in ye behalfe of our Soveraigne Ladÿ ye Queen, at a Certaine Daniel Pearce Jossia Holtham being ordred to find Securÿtÿes for his prsonall appearance at next Court to be holden for this Countÿ The Sd Holtham comes into Court & acknowledged himselfe to be Justlÿ Indebted to her Sacred majestÿ Queen Anne of England &ca in ye full Sume of tenn pds Sterg likewise comes into Court Thomas Usher & ffrancis Spearman & acknow= = ledges themselves to be Severallÿ Indebted as above Sd in ye Sume of five pounds Each, ye Sd Severall Sumes to be Severallÿ & respective Leavÿed (for ye use of Sd majestÿ her heires & Successors) off ye good & Chattells Land & tenamts if ye Above Jossia Holtham Doe not make his prsonall apprce: as afsd & likewise be of good behavior & abbeare &ca Mrs: Bridgett Jones appears as being bound pr recoge Since last Court and ordred againe to find Securÿtie for her apprce. att next Court Comes into Court & acknowledges her Selfe to be Indebted to our Ladÿ ye Queen &ca in ye Sume of tenn pds Sterg, likewise Comes into Court Wm.
