      retr of Sd writt and returned as afsd ye Sd Edward Steaphenson bÿ Michll Earle
      Rd Macklin & Edwd Bonwick his attrys praÿs Condemnation of ye prmisses wch is
      Granted him Giving Securÿtie according to Law, Whereupon ye Sd Edwar comes
      & gives Sufficient Secrtie accordinglÿ, It is (therefore) Considered herebÿ the
      the Daÿ & year afsd yt ye Sd Edward have Condemnacõn of ye prmisses afsd
      bÿ a fi: fa: or otherwise accordg to act of assemblÿ

      Eilias King Gentn |    This being an accon of Debt (for ye Sume of ninetÿ four pds
             at |    Sterg) brought bÿ ye Sd pltf agt ye Sd Deft ye Sherf made
      Thomas Tolleÿ- |    retr. hereof Cepi Corps
        Whereupon ye Sd Deft comes in his proper prson, & Saÿeth yt he Can not—
      Gainsaÿ ye pltf in his accõn afsd soe as afsd brought, nor but yt his Justices
      Indebted to ye Sd pltf in ye Sume afsd, and is therefore willing yt Judgmt
      be Intred at him for ye Same

      ye Sd Elias King recover at ye Sd Tho: Tolleÿ as well ye Sume of ninetÿ four
      pounds Sterg ye Debt afsd as ye Sume of two hundred & nine pds of tobacco

     his proper person when assetts, & upon yt Condiõn is willing yt Judgt be
     Intred at him for ye Same Debt; as Exr afsd:

     Lumleÿ as Exr afsd. as well ye Sume of one thousand Seaven hundred pounds of

     for Cost of Suit
   Edward Chattham |    This being an accõn of trespass upon ye Case for ye Sume
        at |    of one thousand four hundred & Sixtÿ pounds of tobacco
