      to ye Sherf of Kent Countÿ to take ye Sd John , and putt him halfe
      an hour in ye pillorÿ according to Lawe and after ye Sd halfe —
      hour be Expired that ye Sd Sherf Doe take ye Sd John to ye Whiping
      Post, and there ye Sd John to receive twentÿ Strÿpes upon his bare
      back well Laÿd, And ye Said Sherf maketh retn ye Same Day
